Roberto Cortes, along with his wife and children, were about to meet friends for dinner in Santa Ana when a stranger approached the family and grabbed their 3-year-old son, holding a sharp metal object to his throat. Steve Kuzj reports for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on June 9, 2017.
